TROUBLE SHOOTING INFORMATION

SA ICPA has been made aware of a system glitch that has affected membership renewal notifications. As a result, some members may not have received the correct renewal emails.

Members should normally receive two emails:

  1. The first email is sent from ICPA Australia advising that your membership is due for renewal soon and that you will receive a follow-up email from the State Treasurer.
  2. The second email, generated by the system, provides your name, branch details, your email login, and includes a green “Renew Now” button to complete the process.

Unfortunately, the glitch has resulted in the second email not being generated, which has left some members unsure of the next steps.

If your membership is due for renewal and you have not received the second email, please log into your account directly via www.icpa.com.au/sa , click on Membership, then Next Step and follow the prompts to process your renewal online. This will require you to know your ICPA login details.

We apologise for the inconvenience and hope this issue is resolved soon. If your membership has expired, you will not be receiving important ICPA communications. If you are unable to renew your membership, your membership has not yet expired. If you are unsure of your renewal date, please contact your Branch Treasurer.
