Telstra has launched a dedicated helpline to provide support if you or someone you know is still experiencing difficulties after the 3G shutdown.

Call 1800 990 853 (Mon-Fri, 8 am to 7 pm AEDT) for assistance with:

  1. Troubleshooting connection issues
  2. Advice on compatible devices (like Blue Tick handsets)
  3. Information on signal boosters (e.g., Telstra Go Repeater)

Telstra has expanded 4G and 5G coverage across Australia, but if you still face challenges, reach out for help! More information is also available on their website.
