The St George, Bollon and Dirranbandi Convening Committee is looking forward to welcoming conference attendees to St George for the 54th ICPA Qld State Conference at St George State High School Recreation Centre, 2 Victoria Street, St George.
To alleviate parking at the High School during the two days of Conference, shuttle buses will be available to transport attendees between accommodation and the conference venue. Please indicate when registering for Conference if you would like to use the shuttle buses.
Conference Fees
A Conference Package includes two-day registration, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and access to all conference documentation.
- Earlybird: $150/day (closes 24th April 2025)
- Full Registration: $170/day (closes 12th May 2025)
Cancellation Policy:
If registered and then you are unable to attend the Conference, a substitute participant is always welcome at no additional cost. Substitute changes will be accepted until 25th May 2025. If a substitute cannot be arranged, a FULL REFUND will be issued if the Registration Coordinator is notified by 12th May 2025, prior to the close of registration. If no cancellation notice is received full payment will apply.
Conference Registration will be held at St George State High School Recreation Centre and will open at 3:00pm for all guests. Parking will be available in Victoria Street or alternately, shuttle buses will be available from your accommodation. Follow signs from the carpark to Registration.
Trade display sites will be available for setup from 4pm at the Skills Centre beside the St George State High School Recreation Centre. All trade display exhibitors may enter through the Skills Centre car park.
You are invited to come and enjoy the social functions during Conference. Partners are welcome, however please remember that anyone attending Conference events MUST be registered.

Mingle and catch up with old friends beside the Recreation Centre at the front of the school. The bar will be hosted by the St George, Bollon and Dirranbandi Branches with drinks sponsored by ABSA.

Monday 2nd June
Take a step back in time to the 80's and join us for the stand-up fork food Conference Dinner, "Funky Fluro Fibres" at the St George Cultural Centre sponsored by long-time supporters The Winchester Foundation. Come dressed in local fibres – comfy cotton, baa baa wool or moo cow leather but make sure to add your 80’s touch with bold styles and flashy fashion statements like ridiculous high hair, oversized shirts, jackets, narrow ties and belts, mixed pastels, neons and patterns, huge shoulder pads, jumpsuits, accessories and leg warmers.
During the evening an auction will be hosted by the Convening Committee, along with the draw of ICPA Qld's Major Art Union. Entertainment will be provided by ???????

Wind down with a buffet roast dinner at Riversands Winery. Wine sampling will be available.
