Belyando/Mt Coolon Convening Committee is looking forward to welcoming conference attendees to Townsville for the 53rd ICPA Qld State Conference at The Cathedral School Townsville, 154 Ross River Road, Mundingburra.
To alleviate parking at The Cathedral School during the two days of conference, shuttle buses will be available to transport attendees between accommodation booked on The Strand down to The Ville and across to Palmer Street. Please indicate when registering for Conference if you would like to use the shuttle buses.
Conference Fees
A Conference Package includes two-day registration, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and access to all conference documentation.
Earlybird: $140/day (closes 26th April)
Full Registration: $160/day
Cancellation Policy:
Should somebody register and then be unable to attend the Conference a substitute participant is always welcome at no extra charge. Substitute changes will be permitted up until the 25th May 2024. If a substitute cannot be made, a FULL REFUND will be given if the Registration Coordinator is notified prior to the close of registration and no later than 20th May 2024. If no cancellation notice is received full payment will apply.
Conference Registration will be held at The Cathedral School Rock Centre Foyer and will open at 3.45pm for all guests. Parking will be available in the main school car park off Ross River Road. Follow signs from the carpark to Registration.
Trade display sites will be available for setup from 4pm at The Cathedral School Rock Centre. All trade display exhibitors may enter through the Middle School Car Park off Thomson Street.
EARLY CHILDHOOD BREAKOUT SESSION
SPECIFIC NEEDS BREAKOUT SESSION
You are invited to come and enjoy the social functions during Conference. Partners are welcome, however please remember that anyone attending Conference events MUST be registered.
Pre-Conference Dinner will be hosted by The Cathedral School on Monday 3rd June from 6pm. Mingle and catch up with old friends around the beautiful surrounding of the Lagoon at the front of the school. The bar will be hosted by Belyando/Mt Coolon Branch with drinks sponsored by ABSA.

The Winchester Dinner will be a sit-down event sponsored by long-time supporters The Winchester Foundation on Tuesday 4th June. The event will be hosted by Townsville Grammar School, 45 Paxton Street. Join us for pre-dinner drinks sponsored by Townsville Grammar School from 6.30pm in the charming surrounds of The School House.
The dinner theme is 'Ocean Elegance' so start planning those outfits to capture the beauty and grace of the ocean.
During the evening an auction will be hosted by the Convening Committee, along with the draw of ICPA Qld's Major Art Union. Entertainment will be provided by The Barnyard Band.

Post-Conference Dinner will offer a casual opportunity to wind down with old and new friends from 6.30pm on Wednesday 5th June at Terrace @ Flinders.
