The Queensland Government requested feedback from community which will be used to inform the development of the Putting Queensland Kids First early intervention package for Queensland children, young people and families.
This is about setting young Queenslanders on positive and healthy pathways for life through education, skills and employment and diverting them away pathways which may lead to offending and poorer outcomes. Investing in prevention and early intervention for all children and extending support to caregivers, family, kin and communities ensures we can mitigate the detrimental impacts of adversity to give the next generation the best opportunity to live meaningful, connected and happy lives.
