- Call on 1800 990 853 between Monday to Friday 8am-7pm AEST.
- Submit a 3G customer support enquiry to send more information or show them your location on a map.
- Book a face-to-face visit with their Tech-to-store program. Our network experts will be visiting selected stores to help you with any mobile network experience concerns you may have. Register your interest. You will receive a confirmation within 2 business days to confirm the time and date of your appointment.
