UQ Enhanced Studies Program – WRIT1999
The University of Queensland (UQ) is offering WRIT1999 as part of its Enhanced Studies Program (ESP), a one-week intensive course designed to help eligible Year 11 students strengthen their academic skills, improve their Year 12 performance and prepare for university.
Course Details
Dates: Monday 11 – Friday 15 January 2027
Time: 9am – 3pm daily
Location: UQ St Lucia Campus, Brisbane
Format: Five days of face-to-face classes
Students who complete the course receive:
1 x bonus ATAR entry rank
2 x QCE points
Credit for one UQ elective course
Subsidised college accommodation and travel is available to students travelling from areas remote to UQ. Email ctp@uq.edu.au for more information about these subsidies or any other queries regarding WRIT1999.
