Welcome to the Julia Creek Branch!
The Julia Creek branch was formed in January 1972, in response to Mrs Jacqueline Slack-Smith organising a meeting of interested people, to consider forming a local ICPA branch. Those present elected Mr Bob Jones as the inaugural President and Mrs Jacqueline Slack-Smith accepted the role of Secretary.
Over the years branch members have worked hard to raise funds to support branch delegates at State and Federal Conferences, as well as support the State and Federal Councils financially.
Many branch members have made outstanding contributions to the ICPA organisation, however Jack Beach and Lorraine McGinnis deserve a special mention because of their work and commitment at State and Federal Council level. Jack served as State President and Federal President, and Lorraine served as State President.
