Sally Gall has been a dedicated member of the Blackall Branch of ICPA, contributing many years of service across a wide range of leadership and committee roles.
Sally served as Vice President in 2001 before taking on the role of President from 2002 to 2005. She later served as Treasurer in 2012 and held the important role of Risk Management Officer from 2005 to 2009. Sally was also a member of the 2004 State Conference Committee, assisting with registrations.
A significant part of Sally’s contribution has been her involvement with the Blackall Townhouse Bursary Committee, where she represented ICPA from 2005 to 2013. She was instrumental in the implementation of the Blackall Townhouse Bursary, helping establish an initiative that provided valuable support for rural and remote families.
Sally also played a major role in the Branch’s advocacy to achieve the first implementation of Bypassing the Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA) for Blackall, demonstrating her commitment to improving educational access and support for geographically isolated families.
In recognition of her dedicated leadership, advocacy and significant contribution to the Blackall Branch and ICPA, Sally Gall was awarded Life Membership of the Blackall Branch.
