Have Your Say on Regional Air Services ✈️

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking feedback from regional communities about the future of aviation services across Queensland.

With current Air Service Contracts due to expire in December 2026, this is a key opportunity for regional families, businesses and communities to influence what regional air services should look like going forward.

TMR wants to hear from people who rely on regional aviation about:

  • How current services are meeting local needs
  • What barriers exist (cost, frequency, reliability, routes)
  • What improvements are needed for future contracts
  • The importance of aviation for education, health, employment and connection

These sessions are delivered in an informal, drop-in format so you can attend at a time that suits you and speak directly with project staff.
