Pamela grew up on Yudnapinna and Mt Ive station and did a mixture of education through RICE, SOTA, OAC and attending school in Port Augusta at Port Augusta West Primary and completed her High School education at Port Augusta Secondary School.
After school Pamela worked as a ringer at Anna Creek station then went contract mustering for a couple years, she also governessed at Mt Eba for a short time then moved to Port Augusta to try working within a town environment.
Pamela met her now husband Brett at the Nonning Gymkhana in 2015 and now have 3 kids, 2 boy’s Eli and Waylon and 1 girl Memphis. They both worked as contract musterers together until Pamela had to stop to be a stay-at-home mum where in 2020, they moved to Ingomar Station as overseers for a short time until they accepted a managers position at Siam Station in the Gawler Ranges where they now reside. Their son Eli has started his first year at School of the Air in reception and their daughter Memphis is about to start Kindy through RICE during the mid-year intake.
As a family they enjoy going to local country shows such as Gymkhanas with their kids who love riding their horses in events as well as playing and making new friends.
Pamela joined ICPA to meet new families and to ensure their children and others can get the best they deserve for their education while living remote/isolated.
