Edwina hails from the extremely fertile region of the lower South West in Western Australia. Edwina loves nothing more than picking and eating fresh fruit and often wonders how on earth she ended up living in an arid environment!
Edwina and her partner Ian manage Wilgena Station, a sheep station in the North West region of South Australia, definitely no fruit trees where they are. Together they have four beautiful and individually talented children. Their two eldest boys attend boarding school in Adelaide and their two younger girls remain at home on the station.
Edwina, amongst many things, is kept busy supervising the teaching of her 11-year-old daughter through School of the Air, looking after her baby, travelling to see her teenage sons and maintaining life in her drought tolerant garden.
Edwina, as the home schoolroom supervisor, has played a pivotal role in her children’s education. She is proud that through her enthusiasm and dedication to her children’s education, she has helped develop their greatest learning potentials.
Previously, Edwina filled the shoes of the State Secretary for the SAICPA and is currently the Publicity Officer for her North West SAICPA branch.
