Rosy Sinclair became a member while her children were young. She has rarely missed a State or Federal conference, always speaking up expressing the member’s views faithfully.
She was determined to keep the Lakes District Branch running when others would have just given up by holding all three committee positions - President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Over time Rosy eventually enticed people back to take on the executive positions to ensure the Branch continued to function.
Although her children are now adults, Rosy remains passionate about rural education and is very involved at a branch level.
Her support to the committee has been invaluable. Rosy deserves this life membership in recognition on her dedication to keep the branch going, her continued support and contribution is invaluable.
