2026 State Conference
This year's convenors ICPA - Meekatharra Air Branch and its members have a history woven into State and Federal ICPA councils and State Council wishes to thank them for all the planning and preparations that go into organising this event.
This annual event is a cornerstone for ICPA WA, providing members with the chance to connect, collaborate, and engage directly with key decision makers in their children’s education.
The 2026 conference theme, Opportunity Knows No Postcode, perfectly reflects ICPA WA’s ongoing commitment to ensuring every child, no matter where they live, has equal access to quality education.

Rates are available from $245 including buffet breakfast for 1 guest or $283 including buffet breakfast for 2 guests for Aloft King rooms or Aloft 2 Double rooms. Branches Meeting: 5:30pm - 6:00pm
Before the official start of the conference, we invite a representative from each branch to attend the Pre-conference Branch Meeting. This is a valuable opportunity for branches to raise key issues, share concerns and highlight priorities directly with State Council.
The meeting also provides an update from the State Council on important advocacy work, ongoing initiatives, and matters that will be addressed during the conference. It’s a chance for open discussion, collaboration, and ensuring branch perspectives are heard at a State level.
We encourage each branch to send at least one representative to contribute to these discussions.

Kick off the conference in style at our welcome sundowner, proudly sponsored by the Australian Boarding Schools Association.

2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM): 4:00pm
The 2026 AGM will provide members with the opportunity to consider and vote on motions and to elect the 2026–27 State Council. Members are encouraged to participate in this important process, which helps shape the direction and governance of the Association for the year ahead.
