Chantelle spent her childhood in Western Australia, schooled via distance education in her primary years. Moving to the NT in her early twenties and then to South Australia to work at Nilpinna Station with her now husband Matthew and his family.
Not knowing a great deal about the ICPA, Chantelle initially joined via her mother-in-law enlisting her and Matthew the year their first child, Gracie, was born.
Together, Chantelle and Matthew moved to Anna Creek Station in 2017 where two more children completed their family. Gracie, Olivia, and Bonnie are all achieving their primary school years through School of the Air.
Today, Chantelle is proud to be a member of the ICPA and is in admiration of the extraordinary contributions made by its members on behalf of isolated families tackling distance education. Chantelle hopes to be able to contribute to making a positive impact for families living remote.
