Welcome to the October 2022 edition of Pedals magazine

The October edition of the Pedals Magazine highlights the recent success of the ICPA Federal Conference held in Perth. Our President Alana Moller celebrates the outcomes of the conference in her President’s report.

We say goodbye to Raelene Hall after her amazing commitment as the Pedals editing and publisher for over 17 years and introduce our new Pedals Editing and Publishing team.

The front cover of this quarter’s edition features Rueben Timmer with his under 17’s Tumbling - International Level, Bronze medal he won at the 2022 Australian Trampoline Championships. Rueben receives distance education via Riverside Christian College and practises gymnastics in his backyard at St George in remote Queensland.

Also featured in this edition is an inspiring story on Emily’s Journey. Emily was born with a lack of hearing ability, this story takes you on the journey to 2021 at which time she received her 2nd Cochlear Implant surgery. Her family thank the Hear and Say organisation and the Aramac State School and community for all the are doing and have done for Emily.
